I get the OP's sentiment. I think the point is how HUGE Lanzini's goal to make it 3-3 would be.
However, I think the best way to qualify would be to batter Soton. GIve the fans a lovely, tension free day. And hope that Spurs get smashed and Arsenal and Everton win pushing Spurs down to 9th and Chelsea also lose meaning they lose out on CL.
If that happens my new bottle of JD will be getting smashed to pieces Sunday night.

My wife's best friend is Spurs and Oxford United, any more misery that can be piled on her the better (she got me a ticket to our cup game last season, which in hindsight was cruel and unusual Roberto-filled punishment).

Us, Leicester and Palace or Villa win
Spurs lose massively so I can laugh at my Spurs, Liverpool or Chelsea supporting fans. Any combination will do as I don’t really know any Leicester fans

I might get slaughtered for this, but I'd like Spurs to finish 7th. It almost feels that being in the Europa conference league for them is more humiliating than no Euro place, it appears that no one wants to go into the conference competition

Put on a show for the fans in attendance and a comfortable win.
Spurs are going to get battered at Leicester anyway. Could see them finishing 9th below Everton and Arsenal.
